Mindfulness and Relaxation Apps¶

Staying informed about current events reduces anxiety by decreasing panic responses. WTE staff utilize Pryor Learning, a subscription service offering unlimited online courses across thousands of topics.
Games¶
Gaming provides mental relief through distraction and enjoyment. Staff recommendations:
- Tropicats: A match-3 puzzle game featuring vegetarian cats
- Happy Color: A color-by-numbers application mimicking childhood coloring activities
